I attempted to make an Eggs Benedict dish today to post on Monday. As you can see above, the hollandaise separated and it was a complete failure! Oh well, I guess that's a hazard of food blogging.
Thankfully, my brother is kind and will eat Eggs Benedict no matter how bad it is!
